2) Photocopy of all the pages used in the current valid passport, as well as present the original to be verified
3) Original proof of no police or criminal record in the country of origin (Background check with apostille)
4) Solvency of the National Civil Police of El Salvador in force (Recent, certified police check from El Salvador)
5) Sworn statement before a Salvadoran notary detailing the activities to be carried out, the address, start date of activities, and projection of economic income to be received monthly
6) Authorizations of the institutions (health dept., city authority, etc.) in cases that are required to conduct regulated activities*
7) Work permit application, if required by immigration office*

2) Translations of the documentation in a foreign language, notarial legalization of documentation, and work permit process (if required)

7)This residency is for an Investment above $1,400,600 US dollars

Residency by Income
DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS:
1) Application signed by foreign person or legal representative
2) Photocopy of all the pages used in the current valid passport, as well as present the original to be verified
3)Original proof of no police or criminal record in country of origin (FBI background check with apostille).
4) Solvency of the National Civil Police of El Salvador in force (Recent, certified police check from El Salvador)
5) Original apostilled proof of income from the employment institution or bank statements of regular monthly income. Must be up to $1,460 just for applicant's case, and $2,190 if bringing two companions (relatives who depend on the applicant)
6) Sworn statement before a Salvadoran notary stating origin, amount of income, and that the individual will not carry out any remunerated activity in the country.
LEGAL FACILITATION BY LIVIN’ LIKE A LOCAL:

2) Translations of documentation in foreign languages
3) Notarial legalization of documentation
4) Payment of the residency card
